When completed in 2015, this piece was Moore’s most ambitious work so far and his first time incorporating stones. It was a turning point in his career and in 2016 won four awards including The Goldsmiths’ Company Award. It also marked his first appearance at Masterpiece with Didier Ltd and was later sold by Elisabetta Cipriani Gallery to art collector, Tiqui Attencio.

Verto was featured in COVETED: Art and Innovation in High Jewelry by Melanie Grant, who considers Moore as one of 75 global artists to have changed the landscape for jewellery as an art form.
