Welcome to my studio sale!!

The sale will run from 12 noon on Sunday 17th November until 8pm on Wednesday 20th November.

How does it work?

At the bottom of this page is a button that will take you through to the jewellery.

You will need to enter a password
If you’re already subscribed to my mailing list then you will find it in my latest newsletter.

I’m not signed up. How do I do that? Easy, you can sign up on my ‘contact’ page. When you click Signup and the password will be revealed.

It’s first-come-first-serve. There is a broad range of prices to suit all budgets so make sure to look through.

Sale Duration: Sunday 17th until Wednesday 20th November

Prices are as displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and do not include shipping.

How do I make a purchase? Call me old fashioned but you cannot buy online. Instead I ask that you pick up the phone and call me to tell me your selection and make payment. That way we get to have a little chat too.

What if I can’t get through? Please keep trying or leave a voice message and I’ll call you back asap.

How do I make payment? You have three options:
> Pay by card over the phone
> Request a payment link via text or email
> Make a BACS payment directly into my account

During the call I will then gather the following information from you:

> Full name
> Phone number
> Postal address

What does it look like when worn? Can I see more images? If you would like a better look at the jewellery before you buy, we can arrange a video call for me to show you.

Can I reserve my selection? No, I regret that you cannot reserve your selection. Payment must be made in full to secure the pieces you want.

How will the jewellery be packaged? Each piece will come in its own white box with a black insert. If you would like it to be gift wrapped please ask.

Shipping within the UK:
Shipping is free on purchases over £500 (GBP)
Purchases under £100 will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6 (GBP)
Purchases £101 - £500 will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery - £12 (GBP).
I will send you the tracking number as proof of posting, which you can use to monitor its journey.

Shipping outside the UK:
Any items destined for countries outside the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
The cost will be quoted and charged accordingly.

Your purchases will be insured during transit until signed for at the delivery address.
Please note that you the customer are responsible for any import tax and duty that may be charged.

When will I receive my delivery? Your jewellery will be despatched in the first week of December, unless a specific date is agreed.

Returns, exchanges, refunds: I am confident you will love the jewellery, but if there is a problem then inform me as soon as possible via email and return it to me by 31st January 2025. The jewellery must be in mint condition and in its original box. Items returned displaying signs of wear/damage or not in their original box will not be eligible for an exchange or refund, nor will items returned after 31 January 2025. If you wish to return an item please email me first to confirm my return address as I might be moving studio in the new year.

Wrong Fit: If the jewellery doesn’t fit then contact me and I will see if it’s possible to make an adjustment. Sadly I cannot resize rings in the Unicorn collection. Otherwise you can exchange it or I’ll issue a refund as detailed above.

Available or Sold? I will do my best to remove sold items or mark them as ‘sold’ straight away to avoid any disappointment. My sincere apologies in advance if the item/s you want have already gone.
